Personal Coaching helps you understand and improve how you manage your personal finances. We also address any unhealthy money mindsets and habits. 

Business Coaching looks specifically at how you manage your business finances, what and how to incorporate technology, defining and adjusting workflows so your company is profitable, setting business priorities and developing a decision matrix, and then working together to fill your pipeline and improve client retention.

The frequency and duration of meetings depends on what you need and want. 

The initial Discovery Call is 20-30 minutes long.
Regular coaching calls are 45 minutes long
Deep Dives run for 90 minutes

Sessions are held weekly or biweekly, depending on where you are in the coaching process.

SuiteDash is an all-in-one software solution for small businesses that works with Linux, Windows, and MacOS. It is a very robust tool that keeps the cost of doing business online very reasonable for new start-ups and micro-businesses, which is one of the reasons why we like it so much.

For new business owners or ones who want to clean things up, we usually follow the Business Launch Kit as a guide. This program gives a strong foundation and we have built a Canadian supplement to cover the differences between countries. Beyond that, we will move in the direction you want to go based on what matters to you. There are foundational habits and behaviors everyone needs to master, as well as unique situations and personalities that create a very customized journey with us.

For SuiteDash success coaching, we will create a success plan based on what is most important to you and then work through it step by step.

Prior to starting with us, you will sign a Coaching Agreement that outlines both your role and ours regarding confidentiality. In short, we respect your confidentiality and do not share anything we learn in our sessions with anyone else. We use a HIPAA compliant portal and do not collect any sensitive personal data (social security number, bank account info, etc.). Your email or any other contact information is not shared with any outside agency, vendor, or partner without your approval.

It depends. Businesses come in all shapes and sizes and have a variety of needs.

We request a minimum of 6-months for any clients we coach. This gives us time to walk with you to clean up any messes, establish solid foundations and systems, and then have some fun as you start seeing significant results. We can look at your specific journey and create a starting timeline during your Discovery Session.

It depends on what you want. During your Discovery Call, we will look at the best options to get the results you are looking for and will recommend a package that can either include products you need or works with ones you already have.

For any SuiteDash licenses, educational programs, online courses, or supplementary programs (whether it's one we have or from somewhere else), we will discuss the options with you before the purchase is made.

We don't want low/no sales to stop you from hiring a good business coach. Clients who are receiving Financial Wellness Coaching from us can take advantage of our sliding scale where the amount paid for business coaching is based on your business revenue.
